Zydeco was inspired by the Zydeco musicians heard in the Lafayette Louisiana area, made up of various found objects, and tissue paper.

Wheat straw circles was done while at Kansas University in 1962, it is wheat straw and tissue paper on a clear plastic  sheet and other assorted materials.

This was the result of a 3 hour collage workshop at the Hemet Art Association program. Was a fun after noon and brought back memories of our recent cruise which included Amsterdam.

A found object piece including old metal parts, barbed wire, weathered leather, and some pictures, a tribute to the near extinction of these beautiful animals and to their gradual recovery today.
