This piece made from walnut and lead was made by making a negative form and pouring a melted car battery lead into the form, then stripping the form away, walnut pieces were added last.

Zydeco was inspired by the Zydeco musicians heard in the Lafayette Louisiana area, made up of various found objects, and tissue paper.

Wheat straw circles was done while at Kansas University in 1962, it is wheat straw and tissue paper on a clear plastic  sheet and other assorted materials.

This was the result of a 3 hour collage workshop at the Hemet Art Association program. Was a fun after noon and brought back memories of our recent cruise which included Amsterdam.
